General Summary

The Sample coordinator is responsible for assisting with the organization of samples. This position supports the Wholesale Accessories business.

The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our NYC office and requires working on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist to keep closets organized
  • Assist to make sure showrooms are always in tip top shape for buyers and executives
  • Assist with creating buysheets /Plano's
  • Ship samples out to factories, buyers, or marketing when needed for photoshoots
  • Help to visually merchandise showrooms for market/ meetings
  • Edit photo for presentations on photoshop
  • Good computer skills in illustrator, photoshop, and AI
  • Assist in ordering props and fixtures for showroom presentations
  • Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Specific Job Skills:

Essential duties include

  • On daily they will be working with Illustrator and photoshop
  • Adjusting showroom
  • Organizing closets

Required Qualifications

  • College AS degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Photoshop and Illustrator

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $24.00-$26.00. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
