Position Overview
Balduzzi’s Lumber in Ettrick, Wisconsin is seeking a driven, full-time Salesperson to join our team in the residential and commercial building supply industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting relationships with contractors and homeowners alike.

What We’re Looking For
We need an ambitious self-starter who brings:
•       Previous experience in building materials sales (required)
•       Window and door product knowledge (strongly preferred)
•       Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-first mindset
•       Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•       The ability to make sound decisions with minimal oversight
•       A motivated, results-driven work ethic
Key Responsibilities
•       Meet with customers and contractors, take sales orders, answer calls, prepare quotes, and provide comprehensive customer service
•       Calculate estimates for house packages, decks, garages, windows, doors, and other building projects
•       Assist customers with product inquiries and help identify solutions that meet their needs
•       Prospect, maintain, and grow a contractor customer base
•       Generate estimates, perform take-offs from drawings, and create sales orders
•       Develop and apply product knowledge to effectively represent our full range of building materials
•       Utilize current and effective sales processes to serve and grow our customer base
•       Collaborate with fellow sales team members to resolve customer service issues promptly
•       Accurately create sales orders and purchase orders using the POS system
•       Maintain clear, professional communication with team members and management
•       Perform other duties as assigned
