The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying leads, and recommending marketing and product strategies. Key duties involve interacting with a wide range of stakeholders-from business owners and yard managers to purchasing agents and technicians-throughout the San Francisco Bay, Monterey Bay and Sacramento Delta.

Qualifications:

- Self-motivated with a solution-focused mindset
- Deep understanding of the California.
- Proven B2B sales history is extremely helpful
- Industrial coatings and product knowledge

- Professional appearance
- Proficiency with PC-based operating systems

  • Outside Sales Representative

Duties

Outside Sales Representatives are responsible for increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and clients. Duties may include identifying prospective customers, following up on potential sales leads, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Outside Sales Representatives may also recommend marketing strategies designed for a target market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with buyers from businesses, and shipyards, throughout San Francisco Bay / Delta Area.

  • Identify new customers and service existing customers with professional ethic and attitude.

  • Work with purchasing to make sure we are providing the correct selection of products.

  • Maintain relationships with our customers while on the road.

  • Strong communication and sales skills

  • Professional appearance and client-focused mindset

  • Tech-friendly and comfortable using PC based operating system.

  • Spanish speaking is a BIG PLUS due to our diverse clientele
