Job Summary:
Intellisoft Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce professional with expertise in Trade Promotion Management and Consumer Goods Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting TPM processes within Salesforce while collaborating with business stakeholders to optimize operations.
Responsibilities:
• TPM & Consumer Goods Cloud Implementation
• Design, configure, and manage Salesforce TPM features such as Promotions, Trade Planning, CBP (Customer Business Plans), and KPIs.
• Implement Consumer Goods Cloud features including Planning, Account Hierarchies, and Product Assortment management.
• Maintain and enhance TPM configurations — Promotion Templates, KPI rules, settings, and CG Cloud Processing Services.
• Troubleshoot TPM data and integration issues (Promotions, Products, Assortments, KPIs).
• Salesforce Platform Management
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, page layouts, flows, validation rules, approval processes, and Lightning components related to TPM.
• Manage Apex batch jobs, scheduled flows, and LWC components prefixed with CG, GEA, or CGCloud.
• Support data refresh, migration, and environmental alignment across Sandbox, UAT, and Production orgs.
• Cross-Cloud Collaboration
• Integrate and align TPM data with Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud features for a 360° customer view.
• Support sales operations with account planning, trade spend tracking, and campaign performance insights.
• Stakeholder & Change Management
• Partner with business teams to translate promotion strategies into system functionality.
• Work closely with CAB and release teams to validate standard and TPM-exception change requests.
• Document SOPs, data models, and change logs for TPM configurations and flows.
• Continuous Improvement
• Identify optimization opportunities in promotion planning, funds utilization, and reporting dashboards.
• Maintain KPI accuracy by validating data flows from Consumer Goods Cloud Processing Services.
• Keep the system compliant with Salesforce release updates and CG Cloud best practices.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Salesforce professional with deep expertise in Trade Promotion Management (TPM) and Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC)
• Must have done a TPM & Consumer Goods Cloud Implementation
• Configure and customize Salesforce objects, page layouts, flows, validation rules, approval processes, and Lightning components related to TPM.
• 4–8 years of Salesforce experience, including at least 2+ years in Consumer Goods Cloud or TPM.
• Strong understanding of TPM components: Promotions, Tactics, CBP, Claims, KPIs, Trade Planning, Product Hierarchies.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Good knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud integrations.
