Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CRM Analytics / Einstein Analytics. The ideal candidate will have proven experience architecting enterprise Salesforce solutions and leading the design and implementation of complex CRM Analytics dashboards and data-driven business insights.

This role requires a blend of functional business knowledge, technical architecture expertise, and advanced analytics capabilities to help transform sales, customer service, and operational reporting processes within a fast-paced enterprise environment.

The candidate should be capable of partnering with business stakeholders, defining scalable data models, designing executive dashboards, and delivering actionable insights using Salesforce CRM Analytics and the broader Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architecture, design, and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CRM Analytics.
  • Design scalable enterprise reporting and analytics solutions using Salesforce CRM Analytics / Einstein Analytics.
  • Partner with business stakeholders across sales, customer support, operations, customer success, and executive leadership teams to gather reporting and analytics requirements.
  • Architect and implement complex CRM Analytics dashboards, datasets, lenses, recipes, and dataflows.
  • Design KPI-driven executive dashboards for:
    • Sales performance
    • Forecasting
    • Customer support operations
    • Field service metrics
    • Customer success
    • Operational efficiency
    • Executive business reviews
  • Develop scalable data integration and transformation strategies across Salesforce and enterprise applications.
  • Define best practices for analytics governance, security, data quality, and performance optimization.
  • Design and implement Salesforce platform solutions leveraging:
    • Sales Cloud
    • Service Cloud
    • CRM Analytics / Einstein Analytics
    • Data Cloud integrations
  • Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, APIs, ETL processes, and enterprise data architecture.
  • Lead workshops, architecture reviews, roadmap planning, and stakeholder presentations.
  • Provide hands-on leadership in dashboard development, analytics optimization, and Salesforce platform configuration.
  • Mentor developers, analysts, and administrators on analytics and Salesforce best practices.
  • Support release management, DevOps processes, and Agile delivery execution.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
  • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce CRM Analytics / Einstein Analytics experience.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing complex enterprise CRM Analytics dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Strong expertise in:

It would not be typical for someone to be hired at the top end of range for the role, as actual pay will be determined based on several factors, including experience, skills, and qualifications.
