Job Description:

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, data integrity, and continuous improvement of National Products, Inc.'s Salesforce CRM environment. This position serves as a key resource for Sales and Sales Operations by supporting users, responding to and managing inbound partner inquiries via phone and email, maintaining CRM data and functionality, developing reports, and ensuring Salesforce processes effectively support business needs.

The Salesforce Administrator partners with internal stakeholders to manage CRM requests, establish and maintain system best practices, document processes, train users, and identify opportunities to improve Salesforce functionality and integration with other business systems.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administer Salesforce campaigns and support ongoing CRM administration.
  • Perform CRM audits and maintain data accuracy and integrity.
  • Fulfill reporting, lead creation, and Salesforce task requests.
  • Develop and maintain CRM documentation and provide best-practice training to users.
  • Support engineering requests, SOQL queries, and CRM data safeguarding.
  • Support Salesforce system integrations and identify opportunities for CRM improvements.
  • Respond to inbound partner inquires via phone and email
  • Support the greater Sales Operations team with ad hoc tasks as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience administering or supporting Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
  • Strong understanding of CRM data management, data integrity, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with SOQL preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proficient PC

Education and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required
  • Degree from a 2 or 4-year accredited university preferred
  • Working with just-in-time-delivery Original Equipment Manufactures is a major plus
  • Inside sales experience preferred

Hourly Range: $25.00 - $30.00
