As our Salesforce Sales Operations Analyst, you'll help optimize sales processes, strengthen Salesforce adoption, and provide critical business insights that drive revenue growth. You'll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Salesforce Development, and business stakeholders to ensure our Salesforce platform, processes, and reporting capabilities support organizational success.

What You'll Do
  • Optimize sales processes, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement improvements that increase efficiency and reduce administrative burden for sales teams.

  • Analyze sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting metrics to deliver actionable insights that support business growth.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Salesforce Development teams to gather requirements and enhance Salesforce functionality and workflows.

  • Manage and improve Salesforce Sales Cloud processes, including lead management, opportunity progression, pipeline tracking, and reporting.

  • Lead onboarding and ongoing Salesforce training initiatives to maximize user adoption and promote best practices.

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytics that provide visibility into sales performance, forecasting, and business trends.

  • Collaborate with Salesforce architects and developers to test, validate, and deploy new functionality, including participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Support territory planning, quota management, and resource allocation initiatives that improve sales coverage and effectiveness.

  • Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and scale business processes across the Sales & Marketing organization.

  • Contribute to broader revenue growth initiatives by helping ensure data accuracy, process consistency, and operational excellence.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Operations, Sales Operations, Salesforce Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing Salesforce Sales Cloud environments.

  • Experience with CRM data management, including data quality, imports/exports, reporting, and data migration.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive projects to completion.
