Job description

Lead RevOps Consultant - Job Description | Englhard Consulting
Englhard Consulting
Lead Salesforce RevOps Consultant
Full-Time Remote / Hybrid Salesforce & RevOps
About Englhard Consulting

At Englhard Consulting, we believe that smart business design, assisted by technology, gives companies a winning edge. We partner with organizations to build scalable, practical Salesforce solutions built around real business workflows. Our mission is to provide the operational clarity, technical precision, and guidance necessary to help small and midsize companies grow from Challengers into Champions.

The Role: Lead Salesforce RevOpsConsultant

We are seeking a high-caliber, powerhouse Lead Salesforce RevOps Consultant to spearhead customer projects and own client transformations end-to-end. In this role, you aren’t just giving high-level advice or delivering slide decks—you are the primary leader guiding clients through strategic growth while rolling up your sleeves to build the technical engine itself.

You will manage the crucial hand-off from our Sales team for new projects, assume ownership of designated existing clients, and act as their trusted strategic and technical advisor. This is a deeply hands-on technical role requiring a pristine balance of client-facing consulting presence and deep platform build capabilities.

Please Note: This is an execution-focused role. While you will have a talented internal team to assist on certain deliverables, you are ultimately responsible for architecting, configuring, and building the final solution, as well as guiding team members whenever they require direction.

What You'll Do
  • Own Client Engagements: Take a clear lead role on client projects, driving the transition from sales to implementation and managing long-term operational success.
  • Optimize the Revenue Lifecycle: Map, audit, and revolutionize lead processes (utilizing client tools like Salesforce Sales Engagement, Salesloft, or Gong) and opportunity pipelines (embedding BANT/MEDDIC methodologies and robust forecasting structures).
  • Execute Core Technical Builds: Design, configure, and natively build deep tactical solutions across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Quoting solutions, having experience in either CPQ/Revenue Cloud or Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
  • Independent Project Management: Keep your projects meticulously organized, on track, and transparent using our professional project management solution, Klient.
  • Architect Downstream Solutions: Solve complex multi-departmental requirements utlizing the Salesforce platform by orchestrating onboarding configurations, project management hand-offs, and critical ERP integrations.
  • Enforce Quality & Precision: Maintain an obsession with technical accuracy. Ensure configurations capture accurate data for business-critical reporting while delivering a streamlined, highly intuitive UX for end-users.
  • Rigorous Testing & Delivery: Commit to getting the solution right the first time. Conduct thorough, exhaustive testing of all technical flows prior to client deployment.
  • Train & Empower: Drive long-term platform adoption by leading clear, high-impact training sessions for client system administrators and end-users.
Who You Are
  • Experienced Ecosystem Leader: You have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce and RevOps consulting experience under your belt.
  • A Self-Sufficient Learner: You possess a proactive, "can-do" attitude. When facing unchartered technical challenges or new tools, you thrive on digging in, figuring it out, and mastering it independently.
  • Obsessed with Craftsmanship: You take deep personal pride in your work, striving for a perfect balance between airtight data structures and an exceptionally user-friendly interface.
  • An Authoritative Advisor: You can confidently guide SMB and mid-market leadership teams, translating raw business pain into concrete technical execution pathways.
  • Meticulously Detail-Oriented: You naturally track every requirement, edge case, and deadline without letting items slip through the cracks.
Our Core Ecosystem Focus

Candidates should bring expert-level capability or strong technical familiarity across our key stack:

Salesforce Sales Cloud Salesforce CPQ / Revenue Cloud Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) Document Generation Solutions (OmniStudio / PDF Butler / Conga) Klient PSA ERP / System Integrations
What We Offer

We work hard to deliver exceptional results for our clients, but we believe that sustainable success requires a great environment and real work-life balance. We offer a competitive benefit structure designed to support your life inside and outside of work:

  • Competitive Base Salary & Performance-Driven Monthly Bonuses
  • Unlimited Vacation (with an explicit cultural emphasis on taking time to recharge)
  • 401(k) with Company Matching
  • Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Coverage
  • Continuous Professional Growth: Free certification testing vouchers and structured training resources to expand your technical horizons.
Ready to turn Challengers into Champions?

If you take pride in crafting flawless operational solutions and want an impactful, growth-oriented consulting home, we want to hear from you.
