Job Summary
The Renewals Manager is responsible for supporting all aspects of the renewal process, from creating quotes and negotiating contracts to ensuring the customer has the right product mix for success. You will work closely with internal stakeholders across the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure customer renewal goals are met and that contracts are accurate. In this role, you will work with cross-functional resources to minimize churn and increase net revenue retention.
Qualifications & Experience
Key Responsibilities:
  • Renewal Ownership: Own renewal opportunities from quote to close.
  • Quote & Order Management: Create quotes, manage orders, and report invoice requirements to Accounting.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate uplift and pricing changes.
  • Contract Compliance: Work with legal to ensure that contract terms are up to date and ensure that no contract has expired.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to develop success strategies as required.
  • Expansion Identification: Work with the account executive to identify opportunities to expand Copado's footprint with the customer.

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales or Renewals with a SaaS product
