Salesforce Automation QA with Copado

Madison, WI – Onsite

Fulltime Permanent Position

JOB DESCRIPTION :

QA Lead who has exp automating SF application UI using Copado. Copado Experience is Mandatory.   Candidates without this will not be considered. This position is best suited for a Salesforce QA or Salesforce Test Engineer with 5 or more years of experience in testing Salesforce applications. When searching profiles, prioritize candidates with strong manual testing experience across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, along with exposure to Salesforce configurations such as workflows, flows, validation rules, approval processes, and Lightning components.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Automation QA to oversee quality assurance efforts for Salesforce Community (Experience Cloud) applications. This role requires a blend of strong leadership, hands-on testing expertise, and coordination across onsite and offshore teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end QA activities for Salesforce Community (Experience Cloud) applications
  • Define QA strategy, testing approach, and quality metrics for projects and releases
  • Review and approve test plans, test cases, and test execution results
  • Perform and oversee functional, regression, integration, UAT, and smoke testing
  • Provide technical guidance on testing Salesforce features including:
    • Experience Cloud pages and components
    • Lightning components and Apex functionality
    • Flows, workflows, validation rules, and automation
  • Manage and coordinate onsite and offshore QA teams, ensuring alignment across time zones
  • Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of QA milestones
  • Facilitate defect triage meetings and collaborate closely with development and product teams
  • Ensure proper defect lifecycle management and root cause analysis
  • Support UAT planning and execution with business stakeholders
  • Oversee release signoffs and post-production validation
  • Drive continuous improvement in QA processes, standards, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of QA experience, including leadership or QA Lead roles
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Community / Experience Cloud
  • Salesforce test automation experience (Selenium, Copado)
  • Experience in API and integration testing (Postman, SOAP UI)
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and automation
  • Proven experience leading onsite-offshore QA teams
  • Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and mentoring skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Salesforce Admin / Advanced Admin / QA certification
  • CI/CD and release management exposure in Salesforce environments.
