Job Description:
The Salesforce Administrator at DealerOn is a strategic role responsible for architecting and automating complex business processes, ensuring the Salesforce ecosystem is optimized for efficiency and scalability. This position requires advanced technical expertise in Salesforce configuration, data management, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong focus on driving organizational effectiveness through a deep understanding of DealerOn's business processes. This is a mid-level remote position.
Essential Functions:
  • Guide Salesforce-related initiatives, facilitating communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals aimed to further develop internal efficiencies.
  • Lead comprehensive assessments of organizational capabilities to identify areas for improvement, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Customize Salesforce applications, including advanced object modeling, field configurations, record types, and page layouts, to meet dynamic business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain complex Flows, data integration tools, and APIs to ensure a seamless integration between Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed requirements for new processes and initiatives, translating business needs into technical specifications and actionable plans.
  • Oversee support intake channels, ensuring timely resolution of issues and continuous improvement of user experience.
  • Liaise with stakeholders and leadership to communicate project progress, challenges, and opportunities, fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.

Required Skills/Experience:
  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • 3+ years of hands on, backend Salesforce Admin experience.
  • Expertise in utilizing advanced Salesforce features, including Flows, integration tools, APIs.
  • Experience in evaluating, implementing, and managing third-party applications from the AppExchange.
  • Firm grasp of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, CPQ, Einstein Analytics, Data Cloud, Visualforce and Lightning components, dynamic forms and actions.
  • Experience with installed packages.
  • Customer service mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize business needs based on importance, urgency, or impact.
  • Excellent time management skills.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of Revenue Cloud Advance.
  • Senior Salesforce Admin certification.
  • Experience using and configuring integrations between Salesforce and various applications (Ex: NetSuite, HRIS systems, CMS systems).
  • Knowledge of business processes and IT project delivery methodologies, such as SDLC, agile methodology, the development of continuous integration, and the ability to effectively develop Salesforce app solutions.
