Job description

Product Developer

Knowledge of Salesforce architecture and related platform products, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, CPQ, and CRM Analytics.

Knowledge of Salesforce development and automation tools, such as Flow, Apex triggers, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce and SOQL.

Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange products and other 3rd party products used for functionality such as document generation, electronic signature, surveys, form builders, etc.

Required Industry certifications for Salesforce: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I.

Preferred industry certifications for Salesforce: Salesforce Certified App Builder, Agentforce Specialist, Application Architect.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related field. Or equivalent work experience.

A minimum of 4 years of high-tech industry, product engineering and/or IT work experience.
