Job Type : Full time / Direct Hire
Responsibilities:
  • Gathering Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Salesforce implementation or enhancements.
  • Solution Design: Design solutions within Salesforce to address business needs, including customization of objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.
  • Configuration: Configure Salesforce features such as user interface, security settings, data management, and integration with other systems.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity within Salesforce by defining data models, establishing data governance practices, and performing data migration or manipulation tasks.
  • Process Automation: Develop and maintain automated processes using tools like Process Builder, Workflow Rules, and Flow to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality, features, and best practices. Address user inquiries and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain documentation including requirements specifications, design documents, configuration guides, and user manuals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and IT to ensure alignment of Salesforce solutions with overall business objectives.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with Salesforce updates, best practices, and industry trends. Identify opportunities for system enhancements and optimization to drive continuous improvement.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) and Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) are preferred.
