Where is the work:

On-Site (5 days)Position Summary

The Training Leader will lead and enhance training and development programs for the Clarksville, TN manufacturing site, supporting operational excellence, safety, quality, employee growth, and leadership capability. This role partners across site leadership, operations, HR, EHS, and quality to build a high-performance learning culture and strengthen workforce capability. This is an opportunity to centralize and advance training in a large, growing manufacturing environment.

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute the site learning and development strategy.
  • Lead training specialists in program development, delivery, and continuous improvement.
  • Create training programs for hourly and salaried employees across manufacturing operations.
  • Partner with leaders to identify skill gaps and implement development plans.
  • Oversee onboarding, orientation, training matrices, certification tracking, and compliance documentation.
  • Improve training effectiveness through metrics, feedback, and operational performance indicators.
  • Standardize training materials, work instructions, job aids, and learning pathways with subject matter experts.
  • Support SQDIP+SE metrics and BOS requirements through effective training programs.
  • Coach leaders and teams in leadership development and succession-focused learning.
  • Maintain accurate, current, and audit-ready training records.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and employee development.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 7+ years of experience in learning and development, training, talent development, or organizational effectiveness.
  • Manufacturing, industrial, or operations experience preferred.
  • Experience with instructor-led, on-the-job, and blended learning programs.
  • Strong project management, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Experience with training systems, documentation, and compliance tracking.
  • Ability to assess capability gaps and implement practical development solutions.

      Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:

      $69,600.00 - $124,950.00
