ABOUT THE JOB

The Sales Operations Program Coordinator plays a critical role in driving key revenue operations programs that support growth across new and expansion opportunities. This individual is responsible for owning core programs and workstreams from planning through execution, ensuring priorities move forward, stakeholders stay aligned, and operational outcomes are delivered with consistency, accuracy, and accountability.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, can bring structure to fast-moving work, and demonstrates strong ownership over deliverables, timelines, and follow-through. They are comfortable managing multiple priorities, driving progress across functions, anticipating execution risks, and serving as a trusted partner to sellers, leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders. This role requires sound judgment, accountability, and the ability to independently move programs forward with limited oversight.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Program Execution & Process Coordination
  • Own and drive operational programs and workstreams from planning through completion, helping keep priorities on track and stakeholders aligned.
  • Monitor program progress, identify dependencies and execution risks, and take action to remove blockers and maintain momentum.
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and execution risks, and help implement practical improvements that increase consistency and scale.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, process documentation, and playbooks that support repeatability and team effectiveness.
  • Support training and adoption of new processes, tools, and operating expectations across the team.
Salesforce Data Quality & Reporting
  • Own day-to-day operational support that strengthens revenue process consistency, data integrity, and team execution across the growth organization.
  • Conduct recurring Salesforce data audits and partner with stakeholders to resolve issues, improve data quality, and strengthen reporting reliability.
  • Establish and reinforce strong CRM data hygiene practices by monitoring data quality, identifying trends, and driving follow-through on corrective actions.
  • Build ad hoc reports, dashboards, and data views that support growth operations, leadership visibility, and cross-functional decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors degree and 1-3 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations or business operations; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

DESIRED ATTRIBUTES

  • Experience owning programs, projects, or cross-functional workstreams with strong accountability for execution and outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce, including data maintenance, record auditing, and reporting.
  • Knowledge of contract lifecycle management tools, intake processes, or legal request workflows.
  • Experience creating SOPs, playbooks, or other process documentation for operational teams.
  • Exposure to program or project management tools such as Asana, Planner, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
  • Owns and advances workstreams across multiple priorities and stakeholders, maintaining visibility, momentum, and accountability.
  • Brings discipline to execution while proactively identifying and leading improvements that enhance program effectiveness and scale. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with comfort working across teams, functions, and levels.
  • Ability to present information clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders, leaders, and cross-functional partners.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other standard business tools.
  • Familiarity with data governance and sales process controls in a CRM environment.

Pay Range: $65,000 - $80,000/yr
