Sales Systems, Reporting & Productivity
โ€ข Lead the administration and continuous improvement of Salesforce and related sales tools.
โ€ข Improve CRM adoption, data quality, dashboards, forecasting, KPI reporting, and pipeline visibility.
โ€ข Identify and reduce non-selling activities that pull the Sales team away from customers and growth opportunities.
Customer Execution & Strategic Account Support
โ€ข Coordinate customer-critical orders, backorders, substitutions, pricing requests, and escalations.
โ€ข Improve quote turnaround time, order visibility, ETA communication, and follow through.
โ€ข Support customer onboarding, strategic accounts, VMI programs, account reviews, and QBR preparation.
Cross-Functional Coordination & Process Improvement
โ€ข Serve as an operational bridge between Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, Warehouse, Operations, Accounting, and other departments.
โ€ข Clarify ownership, deadlines, next steps, and escalation paths for customer-impacting issues.
โ€ข Turn recurring delays, errors, handoff gaps, and unclear ownership into practical, repeatable process improvements.
Sales Enablement, Marketing & Events
โ€ข Coordinate sales presentations, product materials, campaigns, product launches, and trade show preparation.
โ€ข Support the operational onboarding and process training of new Sales team members.
โ€ข Ensure even leads are captured, assigned, entered in Salesforce, and followed through.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
โ€ข Bachelor's degree required.
โ€ข 5+ years of experience in sales operations, business operations, customer service leadership, order management, distribution operations, project coordination, and/or a related field.
โ€ข Demonstrated experience implementing, administering, or significantly improving Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
โ€ข Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
โ€ข Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, influence across departments without direct authority, and follow issues through to completion.
โ€ข Strong analytical thinking, communication, problem solving, organization, and attention to detail.
EXPERIENCE THAT WILL HELP YOU STAND OUT
โ€ข Experience in B2B distribution, manufacturing support, safety products, life sciences, ERP or order-management systems, inventory visibility, sales enablement, trade shows, and/or EOS.
WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS
The right person will help the Sales team spend more time selling, give customers faster and more reliable communication, improve visibility and accountability across departments, and build the operational foundation needed to support Quest's next stage of growth.
BENEFITS
โ€ข Competitive salary with annual merit adjustments based on performance and company metrics
โ€ข Medical, dental, and vision insurance plans
โ€ข Life insurance provided by the company (no cost to employees)
โ€ข Paid vacation, sick, and personal days
