Position Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities, market trends, and competitive advantages.
  • Establish sales targets, performance metrics, and revenue goals.
Revenue Growth & Business Development
  • Drive new business acquisition and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and market opportunities.
  • Develop plans to increase market share and customer retention.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, mentor, and develop sales managers and sales professionals.
  • Establish performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and support.
