FIS is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our main sales office in Los Angeles. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for managing, training, and developing a team of sales professionals. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth, develop both new and existing agents, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to maximize individual and team success.

Sales Strategy and Planning:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
