  • Communicate regularly with headquarters on key initiatives, sharing business updates, performance results, and strategic priorities to ensure alignment across regions.

  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities that support commercial growth

  • Present insight and recommendations to business stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable business strategies

  • Prepare ad hoc analyses and executive-level reporting to support leadership decisions and strategic initiatives

  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting process, data quality, and analytical tools to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, strategy, or analytics

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) to support data analysis and reporting

The base salary for this position is between $28.00 and $33.00 per hour. Actual compensation will depend on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, and location.
