Familiarity with Agile project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and holding a SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) certification are typically expected. How does a Safe Product Owner collaborate with remote Agile teams to ensure successful product delivery?

As a Safe Product Owner working remotely, you play a crucial role in bridging communication between stakeholders and distributed Agile teams. You'll regularly participate in virtual PI (Program Increment) planning, sprint reviews, and daily stand-ups, ensuring that team members are aligned with product priorities and objectives. Effective collaboration relies on clear digital communication, frequent backlog refinement, and the use of collaborative tools like Jira or Azure DevOps. Building strong relationships and maintaining transparency with both business and technical teams are essential for driving successful outcomes in a remote environment.
