Prominent is helping our client add a Product Owner/Business Analyst on a contract to hire in Omaha, Nebraska or Greenwood Village, Colorado (Marietta, Georgia or Berkley Heights, New Jersey may be considered). As a Product Owner/Business Analyst you will support Agile Release Train (ART) delivery within a SAFe environment. This role is responsible for managing the team backlog, defining user stories, and ensuring the development team delivers value aligned with the product vision and roadmap defined by the Product Manager.
What we are looking for:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a technical environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with technical architects, business resources, and clients to drive decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
    Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to travel to the client environment quarterly.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with or within government systems or regulated environments.
  • Background in enterprise SaaS or platform products.
  • SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Anticipated hourly rate while on contract is in the $49-55/hr range.
