They are seeking a SAFe Product Owner to manage the product backlog and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and deliver high-value solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Product Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact for the product, managing the product backlog to ensure it aligns with business priorities and delivers maximum value.
• Vision & Strategy: Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy that is aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• Prioritization: Prioritize features and user stories based on business value, customer feedback, and technical feasibility to ensure the team focuses on the highest-impact work.
• Requirements & Development: Collaborate with product management to translate business needs into well-defined features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business leaders, customers, and development teams to ensure a shared understanding of the product vision and roadmap.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with other Product Owners to ensure cohesive features and a unified, value-driven experience for customers and employees.
• Agile Framework: Champion and implement the principles of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), ensuring agile methodologies are effectively followed.
• Metrics & Analysis: Define, track, and analyze key success metrics to measure value and identify areas for improvement or strategic pivots.
Qualifications:
Required:
• A minimum of five years of experience as an agile product owner, with at least three years in a Scaled Agile environment within a large organization.
• Required SAFe 6.0 Product Owner/Product Manager Certification.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of related work experience.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira Software, Confluence, Jira Align, and other similar platforms.
• Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Demonstrated understanding of agile methodologies and the SAFe framework.
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred:
• Experience with data, logistics, or operations is highly preferred.
