Job description

Job Role: Product Owner responsible for driving entitlement lifecycle initiatives across license, order, provisioning, and renewal processes. The role requires strong ownership of product backlog management, stakeholder collaboration, user story definition, prioritization, and alignment with business and technology teams to deliver scalable and customer-focused solutions.

Location: Houston or Guadalajara.

Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role, preferably within enterprise CRM, entitlement management, order management, licensing, provisioning, renewal, or digital transformation programs.

Skills: Must have strong knowledge of the entitlements lifecycle covering License to Order, Provisioning, and Renewal processes. The candidate should have hands-on understanding of the CRM ecosystem, including SFDC, Wolf, WXP, Neuron, and Amplify. Experience with contractual and transactional flows such as BRIM, Tera, and Apollo is required. The role also requires knowledge of Customer 360, Master Data Governance including MDM and MADO, user story writing using INVEST and Gherkin formats, and prioritization techniques such as RICE, MoSCoW, and WSJF.
