To thrive as a Salesforce Product Owner (Remote), you need a solid understanding of Salesforce platforms, agile methodologies, and requirements gathering, typically supported by a relevant degree and Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Product Owner credentials. Familiarity with tools like Salesforce CRM, Jira, and Agile project management software is essential for managing backlogs and user stories.
