EnerSys is a global leader in stored energy solutions for industrial applications. We have over thirty manufacturing and assembly plants worldwide servicing over 10,000 customers in more than 100 countries. Worldwide headquarters are located in Reading, PA, USA with regional headquarters in Europe and Asia. We complement our extensive line of Motive Power and Energy Systems with a full range of integrated services and systems. With sales and service locations throughout the world, and over 100 years of battery experience, EnerSys is the power/full solution for stored DC power products.

Job Purpose

The Salesforce Sales Cloud Product Owner is responsible for shaping, prioritizing, and driving the Sales Cloud roadmap in partnership with business stakeholders, External Solution Integration teams, and other Product Owners. The role acts as the bridge between business priorities and Salesforce delivery, ensuring that requirements are clearly understood, solutions are practical, and delivered capabilities improve user experience, process consistency, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The Product Owner is expected to understand Sales Cloud functionality well enough to challenge assumptions, support solution design conversations, validate proposed approaches, and ensure delivered work meets the agreed business outcome. The role will also help standardize Salesforce capabilities, governance, and engagement models across lines of business, working with other Product Owners to define common processes, ownership, and strategy.

  • Solution Delivery: Partner with administrators, developers, architects, business analysts, and implementation partners to translate business requirements into practical, scalable, and supportable Salesforce solutions. Actively participate in sprint reviews, UAT preparation, testing, and release readiness activities to ensure delivered functionality meets business expectations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across the business, understand operational challenges and priorities, communicate progress clearly, and facilitate alignment between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams.
