Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with Salesforce expertise to join a high-visibility digital transformation initiative. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technology teams, drive product strategy, and ensure successful delivery of Salesforce-based solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary Product Owner for Salesforce initiatives and enhancements.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, user stories, acceptance criteria, and sprint priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with business users, Salesforce administrators, developers, architects, and QA teams.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Translate business requirements into functional Salesforce solutions.
  • Ensure alignment between product roadmap and business goals.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platform capabilities.
  • Monitor product performance, adoption metrics, and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Facilitate UAT activities and stakeholder sign-offs.
  • Provide regular status updates and communicate risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
  • Experience managing Agile/Scrum projects and product backlogs.
  • Ability to create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process documentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with distributed teams and enterprise-scale implementations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification and/or Salesforce Product-related certifications.
  • Experience in Telecommunications domain preferred.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and ecosystem products.
  • SAFe Agile experience is a plus.
  • Experience working with large enterprise clients
