Role: Product Manager - Salesforce

Location: Remote

About the Role:

Our client is seeking an experienced Product Manager - Salesforce, ready to bring their skills, experience, and energy to a great, growing team within the rapidly advancing Energy & Power industry.

What you'll be doing…

  • Support the development and management of portfolio for delivering CRM capabilities.
  • Drive project prioritization and business requirements gathering with technical teams, leveraging agile best practices.
  • Coordinate parts of the CRM product lifecycle and support the product roadmap.
  • Engage in consultative development, maintaining and improving metrics and SLAs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring products or features to market.
  • Partner with sales, creative, and experience teams to develop personalized content and messaging.
  • Manage dependencies and integrations with other digital functions such as ERP, OMS, ecommerce, and marketing.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to drive adoption plans for new capabilities and processes.
  • Coordinate and support UAT for business end-users, including test case execution.

  • 4+ years of Salesforce experience and 6+ years of product management experience.
  • A unique combination of being business-minded and highly analytical.
