We are currently seeking a Recruiter for our client in the Food and Beverage domain. We value our professionals, providing comprehensive benefits and the opportunity for growth. This is a Contract position, and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.

Role Description:
The Recruiter must have 2-3+ years of experience. As the Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you will develop relationship with the Hiring Managers and Human Resources to design and drive successful recruitment strategies to meet the needs of the business. This is an important role for the organization, as it will be the first point of contact for external and internal talent.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process required to support hiring needs of the business.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, develop and execute recruitment strategies and support hiring decisions.
- Provide strategic and creative methodologies for recruiting top talent.
- Conduct full cycle retail recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, posting positions, and screening talent.
- Understand recruiting metrics to accurately assess the effectiveness of current and previous recruitment strategies as well as drive process improvements.
- Support workforce planning and recruiting projection process for the organization.
- Provide support and guidance to hiring managers as it relates to interviewing, candidate evaluation and selection.
- Strong customer service-oriented professional that has experience managing high-volume (Frontline and Non-Exempt), Field exempt (Supervisor) and corporate roles as well as talent pipeline development.
- May also support with early talent/on-campus TA strategy.
- Other projects or duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field with 0-1 years related experience or High School Diploma with 5+ years of related experience.
- Experience in high volume (frontline) full cycle recruiting.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or other HRIS systems.
- Ability to develop strong relationships and communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Previous knowledge of staffing and recruitment initiatives.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Ability to multi-task between many different projects.
- Strong relationship management and influencing skills and demonstrated ability to build relationships.
- Strong customer service orientation, ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and desire to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Excellent technical skills; in-depth knowledge of applicant tracking technology and general Microsoft applications; familiarity with best practices in social networking; ability to leverage technology to attract candidates and drive effective and efficient operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills: ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any IT related field.
