Job description

We are seeking a Retail Agent to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a proven track record in customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides prompt, efficient, and courteous guest service.

  • Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise

  • Assist customers with choices and help them locate and provide information about products.

  • Maintain awareness of product knowledge and information

  • Assist in merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.

  • Runs the cash register and balances cash and inventory transactions.

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

  • Complies with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Time management and organizational skills
