Pay Range: $19.20 - $28.68

Responsibilities
The Retail Salesperson at Bridgestone Retail Operations is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of tires and automotive services.
Responsibilities:**
* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
* Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
* Explain product features, benefits, and warranties clearly and accurately.
* Prepare and present sales quotes and estimates to customers.
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and financing.
* Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and showroom.
* Stock shelves and display products according to company standards.
* Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
* Schedule appointments for automotive services.
* Resolve customer complaints and concerns effectively.
* Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
* Stay up-to-date on new products, services, and promotions.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Proven retail sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Basic computer proficiency.
* Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
* Valid driver's license and good driving record preferred.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years of consumer retail sales experience.
