Job description

The Club at Las Campanas is seeking energetic, hospitality-focused Seasonal Servers to join our award-winning Food & Beverage team. If you enjoy providing exceptional service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating memorable dining experiences, we'd love to meet you.

As a Seasonal Server, you'll provide outstanding service to our members and guests in our restaurants, private dining rooms, patios, and special events throughout our busy season. Our team is known for delivering personalized, fine dining service in one of Santa Fe's most beautiful settings.

What You'll Do
  • Deliver exceptional food and beverage service while creating memorable member experiences.
  • Welcome members and guests by name whenever possible and provide attentive, personalized service.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders using our point-of-sale system.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of menu items, daily specials, wine selections, cocktails, and ingredients.
  • Coordinate with kitchen, bartenders, and support staff to ensure seamless service.
  • Set and maintain dining room tables according to Club standards.
  • Inspect glassware, silverware, china, and table settings before service.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area.
  • Assist with banquet events, private functions, and special Club events.
  • Follow responsible alcohol service practices and all food safety standards.
  • Support teammates and contribute to a positive, professional work environment.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous serving experience in a restaurant, resort, hotel, country club, or fine dining environment preferred.
  • Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service periods.
  • Knowledge of wine and beverage service is a plus.
  • Experience with restaurant POS systems preferred.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Team player with excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be at least 19 years old to serve alcohol.
  • New Mexico Alcohol Server Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, push, and pull throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
