Yearly Salary: $150K/year W2 + Benefits + Commission - US Citizens/Residents

Job Description
- Experience of Sales & Business Development activities in Oil & Gas Sector (Telecom / SCADA / Electrical)
- 12 to 15 Years of relevant experience
- Should have achieved over 10 million USD sales on annual basis for last 3 years.
Responsibility:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and online research
- Build a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients.
- Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during the sales process.
- Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in target markets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with marketing, product development, Technical, Procurement and customer support teams to drive sales initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM systems.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

- Knowledge of Telecom Products & Solution offerings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
