The Senior Learning & Development Specialist supports the design and execution of corporate talent management initiatives that drive organizational growth and development. DAY IN THE LIFE:
- Conduct development needs analyses to identify priorities and support leadership, learning, and career development initiatives
- Design and deliver learning solutions, including course content, materials, and facilitation, while evaluating program effectiveness
- Manage projects and coordinate development activities, including LMS administration, scheduling, and stakeholder communication
- Analyze program performance and prepare reports, presentations, and insights to inform stakeholders and drive continuous improvement
