LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for an experienced Learning and Development Senior Associate for a contract opportunity running from early October 2026 through March 2027.
This hybrid role supports enterprise learning, leadership development, and talent management initiatives through program coordination, communications, content development, reporting, and facilitation support.
• Provide project and program support for learning, leadership development, and talent initiatives.
• Coordinate timelines, communications, meetings, stakeholder engagement, and participant experience.
• Develop learning resources, presentations, toolkits, job aids, and participant materials.
• Support learning technology platforms, including content maintenance, assignments, tracking, and reporting.
• Facilitate learning sessions, workshops, meetings, and program support sessions.
• Analyze learning and talent data, create reports and dashboards, and identify process improvements.
• Maintain sensitive employee, talent, and learning-related information with accuracy and confidentiality.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in learning and development, talent management, project coordination, communications, or a related function.
• Experience with LMS, LXP, HRIS, or other learning technologies preferred.
• Strong skills in communication, organization, stakeholder management, data accuracy, and project execution.
• Ability to create presentations, reports, dashboards, communications, and learning materials.
• Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Canva preferred.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m., with a one-hour lunch
Work Arrangement: Hybrid; in office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday
Contract Pay Range: $35-$50 per hour, depending on experience
