What You'll Do
  • Lead UKG Learning administration, governance, configuration, reporting, and continuous improvement.
  • Deliver operational excellence by administering programs such as Ethics & Compliance, Gibraltar Leadership Program, Leader Labs, and future leadership initiatives.
  • Manage learning vendors, assessments, and external content providers.
  • Measure learning effectiveness using dashboards, analytics, and ROI metrics.
  • Research AI-enabled learning, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve the employee learning experience.

What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications

  • Experience administering enterprise Learning Management Systems (UKG Learning preferred).
  • Strong project management, communication, analytics, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Manufacturing or multi-business enterprise experience.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification.
  • Vendor management and learning technology implementation.

Compensation Range
The estimated salary range for this role is $92,925 - $113,575 annually, depending on experience, location and qualifications.
