The Human Resources Assistant is responsible for performing facility technical HR functions. Including payroll, benefits, onboarding, PBJ ,setting up interviews, physicals and and other technical assistant duties.

Will coordinate the on-boarding process for all new hies. Coordinates employee benefit applications in accordance with the Integritus guidelines.Prepares and processes weekly payroll.Maintains employee personnel and medical files in accordance with associated regulations.Assures an accurate and updated system of performance evaluation, employee license tracking, employee physicals, and vaccines.

Reviews all hired employee records for completeness i.e.: reference checks, employment history, required licenses, CORI checks and any other required paperwork. Maintains tracking system for LOA/FMLA requests and approvals.

Coordinates employee satisfaction efforts with facility leadership and home office staff.

Understands employees’ rights in accordance with HIPPA and holds all employee information confidential.
