POSITION: HR Assistant
SALARY: $20.00-$25.00/Hour
Location: Multiple locations in Colorado
Availability: Part-Time/Full-Time

JOB DESCRIPTION:
A Human Resources Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Manager by monitoring benefits, investigating employee complaints, reviewing accidents, and managing communications for the HR department. Additional duties may include managing unemployment responses, auditing employee files, monitoring state and federal compliance, and administrating performance reviews or special projects.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources Manager
  • Compiling and updating employee records
  • Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures in a timely manner
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
  • Coordinate and administer HR projects
  • Process employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
  • Assist Payroll Department by providing relevant data
  • Conduct Interviews and Make Hiring Decisions

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1 - 2 years of administrative experience
  • Some experience in human resources, management, payroll, or compliance
  • Basic Knowledge of Labor Laws
  • Maintains Confidentiality
  • Displays leadership when working with People
