The role applies expertise and judgment to evaluate requirements, prioritize tradeoffs (schedule, capability, cost, risk), and recommend assignments in partnership with the Resource Managers. It requires proactive, crucial communication with enterprise stakeholders (Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Portfolio), and impacts client delivery outcomes through real-time decision making and prioritization. ย ย This role requires disciplined data management and analysis to inform daily execution and long-range business and capacity planning. ย

This role may be designated as a specialist within the Resource Associate function, focusing on resource populations, lines of business, markets, products, policies, processes, and/or systems, while supporting integrated resourcing efforts across the team.ย  As needed, the assigned specialty areas may evolve with changes in business and department priorities and capacity.ย

    • Exercise judgment to balance utilization, client fit, budget, policy and resource preferences to recommend assignments;
    • Escalate exceptions, risks, and policy variances for proactive resolution of issues.
  • Scheduling, Confirmation, Pay & Stakeholder Communication
    • Confirm availability and secure commitments from selected resources; manage assignment communications that clearly articulate scope, payment expectations, timelines, deliverables, and logistics that drive full engagement.
    • Own the master delivery schedule for assigned engagements and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of related communications and documents.
    • Communicate changes with precision and urgency to all affected stakeholders while maintaining the master schedule and calendaring protocol.
    • Apply approved pay structures, rates, and engagement parameters in alignment with role, engagement scope, contractual terms, and organizational guidelines; interpret staffing and associate policies to ensure assignments are compliant and appropriately documented.

    • Prepare, validate, and issue resource payment documents in accordance with delivery specifications; ensure all pay, date, scope, approval, and contractual details are complete, accurate, and finalized to support correct and timely payment.
    • Identify and escalate exceptions to standard pay, staffing, or policy parameters; prepare exception requests with supporting rationale and cost implications.
    • Monitor program fill rates, cancellation windows, and release resources to minimize incremental cost; recommend mitigations for emerging conflicts or gaps.
  • Capacity Planning & Talent Strategy Support
    • Compile and synthesize capacity, utilization and payment data for resource management discussions and decision-making.
    • Partner with the Resource Talent Manager and group leaders to project full-time, on-call, and associate resource capacity for budgeting and strategic execution.
    • Identify and escalate capability and capacity gaps.
  • Systems & Compliance
    • Use Dynamics 365, Power BI, ClickUp, and CCL Access for scheduling and reporting; ensure data integrity and timely reporting.
    • Ensure all assignments and documentation adhere to HR, legal, on-call and associate policies; maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive talent information.
