Baker McKenzie's California offices seek an associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience for the Dispute Resolution Practice Group, supporting its securities litigation, SEC enforcement, class actions, product liability, and complex commercial litigation practices. Strong academic credentials and excellent communication, analytical and writing skills are required, as is experience with drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, briefing motions, and preparing for depositions. Large law firm experience in a busy litigation practice, as well as experience taking and defending depositions and arguing motions are strongly preferred; and a former clerkship with a federal district court or circuit court judge is a plus.

Pay Transparency
  • This position is bonus eligible and includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) based on number of hours worked.
  • The US base compensation for this position is expected to be $260,000 to $365,000 (annually) if located in an office in the state of California. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
