Job description

This position is located in Coral Gables, FL

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Associate Attorney to join our Family Law practice. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of independently managing cases from inception through resolution.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of Family Law experience required
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
  • Active member in good standing with The Florida Bar

Responsibilities

  • Manage Family Law cases from beginning to conclusion
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda
  • Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
  • Attend hearings, mediations, depositions, conferences, and trials
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
  • Ensure timely progression of cases toward resolution
