Overnight Residential Supervisor
Full Time | Night Shift
Starting at $18.70/hour

Residential Supervisor Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • A passion for caring for children
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must successfully complete all background screening requirements
  • Valid driver's license
  • First Aid/CPR/AED certification preferred

What you'll do:
  • Lead and supervise overnight direct care staff while ensuring the safety, well-being, and supervision of youth in a home-like environment.
  • Provide hands-on resident care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), bed checks, meals, and meeting individual needs.
  • Use trauma-informed care and approved de-escalation techniques to support youth with emotional and behavioral challenges while maintaining a safe environment.
  • Complete accurate documentation, including shift notes, incident reports, behavioral observations, work orders, and timecard approvals.
  • Coach, support, and evaluate team members while ensuring compliance with agency policies, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, supervisors, and team members to promote quality care, collaboration, and positive outcomes.
