Lead With Purpose as a Residential Team Leader

The Cumberland County Guidance Center is seeking a Full-Time Residential Team Leader to help oversee residential services in Vineland, NJ.

This leadership opportunity is ideal for behavioral health professionals who enjoy mentoring staff, supporting individuals in recovery, and helping residential programs operate at the highest level of quality and care.

What You'll Do

As a Residential Team Leader, you'll oversee day-to-day operations within our residential group home program while ensuring high-quality care and compliance with DMHAS standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising residential staff and daily program operations
  • Supporting recovery-oriented residential services
  • Developing and monitoring individualized treatment plans
  • Completing clinical and operational documentation
  • Coordinating care with treatment providers and community agencies
  • Organizing house meetings and resident activities
  • Assisting with staffing coverage and emergency situations
