Job description

The Reservation Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the reservations department, ensuring accurate booking procedures, rate management, and exceptional guest service. This role monitors room inventory, and works closely with revenue and front office teams to maximize occupancy and revenue.

Responsiblities:

  • Monitor call quality and reservation accuracy

  • Oversee room reservations via phone, email, and online channels

  • Ensure accurate entry of reservations into the OPERA system

  • Handle complex bookings, group reservations, and VIP requests

  • Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally

  • Monitor room availability, rates, and inventory

  • Assist with rate loading and system updates

  • Work closely with Revenue Management to maximize occupancy and ADR

  • Review daily pickup, cancellations, and no-show reports

  • Prepare daily and weekly reservation reports

  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures

  • Maintain knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and packages

  • Support Front Office operations as needed
