High school diploma or equivalent and five years of financial reporting experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Concur preferred.
Job Description Summary
The University of South Alabama's PCard and Travel Services department is seeking to hire a Coordinator, PCard and Travel Services I. Interested candidates should apply to be considered.
Essential Functions
These are the job duties required of the position.
Essential Functions
  • Reviews and audits Concur and paper travel expense reports to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Communicates with travelers about any missing documentation or policy deviation found during review.
  • Assists with Concur travel training, to include independently conducting travel training via Zoom and in-person sessions.
  • Establishes and maintains user profiles in Concur.
  • Supports travelers by assisting them with Concur Travel Request and Report questions via email, phone or in-person.
  • Assists with reviews and audits of Concur procurement expense reports to ensure accuracy and policy compliance.
  • Assists with procurement card distribution in the absence of the Procurement Card Coordinator.
  • Establishes account payable direct deposit banking information for individuals and companies.
  • Uploads travel and direct deposit information in Banner Xtender.
  • Ensure complete confidentiality of all information processed.
  • Regular and prompt attendance.
  • Ability to work scheduled as defined and overtime hours as required.
  • Related duties as defined.
