Position Summary
Costco Travel is seeking individuals to join the reservation staff to assist Costco members in the planning of their vacation travel, with a focus on first-call resolution in a fast-paced call center environment. Join the team and share knowledge and skills as an active team member in the continuing growth of Costco Travel. Provides a high level of member service.
Job Duties
  • Handles member calls in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Uses airline and in-house computer systems to make member reservations.
  • Confirms reservations accurately.
  • Communicates members' needs to other support departments.
  • Ability to operate vehicles, equipment or machinery.
  • Assists with department duties as necessary.
  • Assists in other departments of the warehouse as necessary.
