• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and medical history evaluations, to accurately determine health status.
• Order and analyze laboratory tests and diagnostic imaging, interpreting results to formulate effective treatment plans.
• Prescribe and manage medical therapies, advising patients on drug regimens, potential side effects, and interactions to ensure safe medication use.
• Collaborate with attending physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-centric treatment plans, evaluating their effectiveness regularly.
• Provide education and counseling for patients and families regarding health management, nutrition, and wellness strategies.
• Maintain thorough medical records to ensure continuity of care and facilitate timely referrals when necessary.
• Offer specialized services aligned with your expertise, contributing to the surgical and procedural care of patients across various settings.
• Conduct invasive procedures as permitted within your scope and training, always under the supervision of a licensed physician.
• Be flexible in scheduling as needed, occasionally extending care duties beyond standard hours to meet department needs.

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field and valid Physician Assistant credentials.
• A minimum of one year of relevant experience in a clinical setting, preferably within surgical or specialty practices.
• Current certification and licensure to practice as a Physician Assistant.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interaction.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and relevant software applications.

Experience in a surgical center or hospital-based outpatient clinic is highly desired, with a background in cardiology being a significant advantage. Familiarity with integrated care models and demonstrated success in collaborating across multidisciplinary teams will set candidates apart.
