Reservation Specialist
The hourly pay rate is $19-$22, based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications
We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Reservation Specialist to join our team. This position is responsible for coordinating dining reservation for restaurants, providing exceptional service to Members and guests, and ensuring a seamless reservation experience from initial booking through arrival.
The ideal candidate is personable, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. They are committed to delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and online reservation requests promptly and professionally.
  • Manage dining reservations using the club's reservation systems.
  • Assist Members with dining reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Maintain reservation waitlists and communicate availability updates.
  • Create and manage floor plans for dining outlets and events.
  • Coordinate seating requests and special accommodations with the Food & Beverage team.
  • Ensure reservation records are accurate and up to date.
  • Provide Members with information regarding club events, dining hours.
  • Resolve Members inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Collaborate with the Club Concierge, and Restaurant Managers to ensure a seamless member experience.
  • Promote special events and other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, concierge, or reservations preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with reservation software.
  • Open Table systems experience is required.
  • Ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy environment.
