Job Title: Assistant Client Revenue Manager (ACRM) Location: Remote Reports To: Client Revenue Manager (CRM) Summary The Assistant Client Revenue Manager plays a critical role in the myCare Revenue Cycle Solutions organization. They are responsible for both supporting the CRM in their efforts to manage the relationship with the clinics and for driving results with the billing team. Responsibilities General Execute company, individual, and team goals Represent the company in a variety of client interactions Report to manager on client status Support the organization by taking on a variety of tasks required for our success including, but not limited to, billing functions and patient phone call coverage.

Client Relationship Management Delight clients while striving to meet and exceed their expectations Document, research, and promptly resolve client issues Coordinate meetings with clients, take minutes and follow-up on all action items Work closely with clinicians and administrative staff of the clients/clinics to ensure documentation is complete and timely Resolve client conflicts, troubleshoot and prioritize projects and escalate to manager as needed Develop and execute corrective action plans as needed Oversight to Offshore Billing Operations Conduct audits and create a feedback rich environment for the off-shore billing team to ensure they have all of the knowledge and information the need to be successful Participate in a daily huddle with the offshore team to establish plans and resolve issues Enhance and standardize work-flow processes throughout the revenue cycle to assist in achieving consistency Write and revise client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and develop training materials Plan, organize, implement, and deliver training to off-shore billing team Ensure offshore team is thoroughly equipped for delivering consistent excellence and escalate any needs to manager Drive Superior Results Find and apply best practices to reduce variation Leverage technology and maximize the use of electronic transactions Evaluate denial trends to determine root cause and take corrective action Monitor timeliness and effectiveness of billing activities, ensuring that outstanding accounts receivables is no more than established targets Identify and resolve issues with payers
