Onboarding & Growth Support

  • Analyze new client portfolios pre-onboarding

  • Oversee pricing system setup

  • Support sales and leadership with revenue insights

Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing, or hospitality analytics

  • Hands-on experience with dynamic pricing tools (PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, or similar)

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple portfolios at a high standard

Preferred (Nice-to-Have but not a requirement)

  • Short-term rental or boutique hotel experience

  • Familiarity with OTA platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com)

  • Experience with Google Sheets, ClickUp, and Slack

  • Background in economics, data analytics, business, or hospitality

Compensation, Benefits & More

Compensation: $70,000 - 135,000 annually with opportunity for bonus based on performance
