Peregrine Health - Redefining Behavioral Healthcare 

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)  

100% Remote | Full-Time W-2 | No Nights, Weekends, or Call

Peregrine Health is hiring experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners licensed in Florida to expand access to behavioral health care in rural and underserved communities.

This is a full-time, 100% remote clinical position for PMHNPs who want meaningful clinical work, predictable hours, and the support of a team that handles much of the administrative burden surrounding licensing, credentialing, technology, and care delivery.

You will have the autonomy to make evidence-based clinical decisions while collaborating with primary care providers, therapists, and operational teams to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and provide ongoing medication management for patients ages 5 and older
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans aligned with each patient's needs and goals
  • Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications, monitoring for effectiveness and potential side effects
  • Diagnose and treat co-occurring behavioral health and substance-use conditions
  • Collaborate with primary care providers, therapists, and multidisciplinary care teams
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation within partner-site electronic health record systems
  • Deliver care through telehealth while building trusted relationships with patients and care teams
  • Contribute to behavioral health programs that continue to evolve with the needs of the communities we serve
What We're Looking For
  • Active Florida PMHNP license (required)
  • Active DEA registration
  • At least three years of clinical experience, preferably in community-based behavioral health
  • Experience providing psychiatric medication management
  • Ability to independently manage complex cases using strong clinical judgment
  • Experience treating patients across the lifespan
  • Commitment to full-time practice
  • Strong communication and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
  • Comfort using telehealth platforms and digital clinical tools
